Program Analyst - Part Time

Aperio Global LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Program Analyst supporting the OUSD. Join our team and provide high-level administrative and program support to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (OUSD) in providing executive, management, and technical personnel support. This role combines traditional administrative functions with analytical tasks, supporting both program management and research efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage schedules, arrange and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
• Receive and interact with visitors professionally.
• Oversee facilities management and physical security monitoring.
• Program Support:
• Assist program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, and briefings.
• Support project teams directly as needed.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct specified research, compile and interpret data, and review relevant publications.
• Provide concise, well-organized inputs to research staff for client communications.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related role.
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  
  

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid work between office location(s) and work-from-home; 20 hours per week.
• This position typically operates in a secured professional office environment with occasional travel for meetings to the Pentagon.
  
  

Salary:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $48.08-$67.31/hour. Salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's experience, skill, education, market data and internal parity.
