Required Skills/Abilities:

- Thorough knowledge of all types and levels of Employment Agreements for legal compliance.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough knowledge of DOL, EEOC, LRB, and all other regulatory bodies overseeing labor management.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied HRIS.
- Must be bilingual – English/Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, and or commensurate experience at Senior Management Level.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years Human Resources Sr Management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience required, benefits administration, thorough knowledge will all legal and regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Experience in all HR disciplines such as Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Performance Management, Budgeting & Cost Analysis, and Research of Employee Market Analysis.
