Key Responsibilities :

Manage and process residential, commercial, land, or builder escrow transactions

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and underwriting guidelines

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and clients

Oversee the closing process and ensure smooth transaction completion

Deliver exceptional customer service to retain and grow your client base

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an Escrow Officer in the title and escrow industry

Existing book of business that will transition with you (minimum 10–15 clients per month preferred)
