We’re seeking a Payment Processing Analyst to serve as a critical connector between our customers, sales team, and engineering group. In this role, you will support customers through technical integrations, troubleshoot payment processing issues, and provide sales engineering support by offering in-depth knowledge of payment flows, compliance standards, and platform functionality. This is an ideal position for someone with strong technical experience in payments and a passion for enhancing both customer experience and product performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Integration Support: Assist customers with the technical integration of the payment platform into mobile apps and websites, guiding them through best practices for Webhooks, transaction workflows, and alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Sales Engineering Support: Act as a technical advisor during the sales process by answering customer questions about system functionality, payment flows, fraud prevention, MCC codes, and chargeback management.
Troubleshooting & Escalation: Resolve integration issues and technical errors efficiently, collaborate with engineering teams to address more complex challenges, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Subject Matter Expertise: Stay informed on payment ecosystem trends, including authorization optimization, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements. Provide insights to enhance internal processes and product development.
Cross-functional Communication: Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and ensure consistent collaboration across sales, customer success, and engineering teams to drive results and product enhancements.
