About the Role: We’re excited to welcome a motivated and experienced Assistant Community Manager to our team in WIldomar, CA. This role supports the daily operations of a 300 unit multifamily community, playing a vital part in leasing, resident relations, and affordable housing compliance.

You’ll assist in managing resident communications, rent processing, and compliance for LIHTC, BOND, and subsidy programs, while using platforms like Yardi Voyager and RentCafe to maintain efficient operations. What You’ll Do

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process—from application and screening to move-in.
• Support LIHTC, BOND, and subsidy program compliance by ensuring files and certifications are accurate and up to date.
• Process rent payments, prepare deposits, and maintain financial records using Yardi Voyager and RentCafe.
• Manage work orders and vendor coordination to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Assist with enforcing community policies, resolving resident concerns, and maintaining a positive living environment.
• Partner with the Community Manager to meet occupancy goals, drive renewals, and support day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of property management experience, ideally within a 300 unit or comparable affordable housing community.
• Solid knowledge of LIHTC, BOND, and subsidy compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and operations support.
