About the Role: We’re excited to invite a dynamic Leasing Associate to our growing team in Pittsburg, CA. This role is integral to supporting over 200 units, ensuring an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents while fostering a positive community atmosphere. What You’ll Do:

• Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide them through the application, screening, and move-in processes
• Market available units by maintaining leasing materials, updating online listings, and implementing local outreach strategies
• Support resident retention by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism, care, and urgency
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records in Yardi property management software
• Collaborate with the property team to ensure units are rent-ready, clean, and up to community standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience, preferably in multifamily housing
• At least 1 year of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience
• Experience supporting 200 units
• Familiarity with Yardi software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• A proactive problem-solver who contributes to a vibrant and welcoming community
