About the Role:
We’re excited to invite a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to our growing team in Irvine, CA. This role is more than just marketing, it’s about enhancing the resident experience, elevating our brand, and driving strategic initiatives to support leasing efforts. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support leasing efforts, resident retention, and brand awareness.
- Manage online listings (ILS websites), ensuring accurate property information and performance optimization.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and digital advertising in collaboration with agency partners.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and property websites.
- Support property teams with collateral, signage, website updates, and marketing tools.
- Act as a resource for marketing software, CRM (Knock), and technology troubleshooting.
- Lead property marketing onboarding/offboarding and assist with competitive research.
- Coordinate photoshoots and ensure strong reputation management through timely review responses.
- Own the company brand and website, ensuring consistency and optimization.
- Assist with ILS contract management, performance analysis, and audits.
- Assist with various administrative tasks assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in property management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with Yardi/RentCafe or other property management systems is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings while also working independently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
