About the Role: We are excited to invite an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support our company’s recruitment strategy. This role will focus on the full-cycle recruiting, from creating job descriptions and posting job ads, interviewing candidates, and selecting the best possible talent. The Recruitment Specialist is also responsible for developing proactive recruiting strategies and implementing programs to meet workforce diversity and hiring goals.
A qualified candidate will have a people-first perspective, leveraging a strategic and analytical mindset to ensure that teams have the people resources necessary to maintain company goals and core values. The right person for this role will have a proven track record of placing the right people in the right roles, backed by strong communication skills, soft skills, and experience tracking candidate pipelines.

What You’ll Do:
- Align current headcount with workforce forecasts to meet business goals.
- Design and implement cost-effective, data-driven recruitment models to track hiring effectiveness and workforce trends.
- Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, position requisitions, and compensation strategies in line with internal and external equity.
- Serve as the point of contact and lead for the hiring process.
- Strategic candidate sourcing and applicant tracking.
- Lead and coordinate the interview process including phone screenings and providing assessments.
- Assisting in final decision-making and offer management.
- Maintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and other hiring regulations.
- Partner with leadership to reduce turnover and drive employee engagement.
- Process background checks and employment verifications to ensure candidate integrity.
- Ensure a seamless new hire onboarding process, managing administrative tasks and applicant disposition.
- Enhance employer branding by boosting our visibility on key hiring platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Assist with other Human Resources duties, as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition (corporate recruiting experience preferred).
- A bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to track recruitment performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Experience within the property management industry preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
