GTS upgrade from 11 to E4H brownfield experience
10 years of experience
Good understanding on GTS process flows
Create AS IS and TO-BE GTS process flows
Conduct workshops with business to do the fitment of business process with standard GTS solution.
Create blueprint document and seek sign off from business team
Create technical design document
Successfully manage ST, SIT, UAT, Production cutover and Hypercare
