The Graphic Artist position has the following job description and requirements:
Job Description:
- Develop and manage presentations to support training and educational materials.
- Create and integrate graphics, charts, and instructional media into training products, ensuring they are visually engaging and support the instructional content.
- Ensure compliance with Army regulations, including TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems, and supporting TRADOC administrative publications.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and training developers to ensure that all visual elements align with the course content and learning objectives.
- Maintain document accuracy and professional formatting, including grammar and spelling verification, document structure, and consistency checks.
- Support the development of training support materials, including lesson plans (LPs), Terminal Learning Objectives (TLOs), and Training and Administrative Support (TRAS) Program of Instruction (POI).
Requirements:
- Education/Certifications:
- Associate's Degree in Graphic Arts or 2 years of experience in a related position.
- Experience:
- Familiarity with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems, and supporting TRADOC administrative publications.
- Experience in using TDC to review, revise, and create POIs and LPs.
- SECRET Clearance.
This position requires a combination of graphic design skills, educational qualifications, and specific knowledge of Army training and development processes to ensure the creation of high-quality visual content that supports instructional materials and complies with Army standards.
Salary : $40,000
