The Training Development Capability (TDC) Administrator position has the following job description and requirements:
Job Description:
- Manage user accounts in TDC, including:
- Adding new accounts.
- Modifying permissions.
- Removing inactive accounts.
- Perform administrative maintenance tasks, such as:
- Repairing broken links in TDC and CAR.
- Correcting typographical errors in training documents.
- Updating and posting training products in TDC and CAR.
- Participate in TDC and Army Training Information System (ATIS) working groups and conferences.
- Ensure timely updates to training products, with:
- Government-approved updates posted in TDC within five business days.
- Broken links repaired within ten business days.
- TDC user accounts established within two business days.
- Ensure 95% accuracy in all published training products, with no more than 5% modification required post-submission.
- Document and share minutes from conferences and working groups with MCCOE DOT staff.
Requirements:
- Education/Certifications:
- Associate's Degree (BA/BS preferred) in a relevant field such as systems administration.
- Experience:
- Familiarity with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems, and supporting TRADOC administrative publications.
- Experience in using TDC to review, revise, and create POIs and LPs.
- SECRET Clearance.
This position requires a combination of systems administration skills, educational qualifications, and specific knowledge of Army training and development processes to ensure effective management and maintenance of the TDC system, compliance with Army standards, and timely updates to training products.
