Apex Bank is currently seeking a Bilingual Default Servicing Specialist that will focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience to residential mortgage loans. A Bilingual Default Servicing Specialist addresses client inquiries and resolves issues with a high sense of urgency. This role requires great initiative, ensuring that customer satisfaction is paramount, and each interaction leaves clients feeling valued and understood. The specialist works proactively to enhance client relationship and elevate service standards.
Key Duties:
Communicating with Purpose, Accountability, and Balance:
· Will serve the Borrowers to clearly and effectively convey information to resolve customer queries.
· Take ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution
· Tailor interactions based on customer needs and preferences
· All calls must be handled to provide the best customer experience and top quality to our Borrowers, while also presenting resolutions that best fit Apex Bank’s interest and values.
· Possess the ability to effectively communicate with team members within Apex Bank.
Qualification & Education Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high attention to detail.
· Must have the ability to work independently.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
· Ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, borrowers, third party authorized users through written and verbal communication.
· Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office.
