We are seeking a versatile Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive internal support for the Bank’s Operations department, covering areas such as ACH, Wires, NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds), Non-Post processing, and Image Processing and Balancing. Additionally, you will assist with Customer Information File (CIF) maintenance, and account review.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily reconcilements.
- Process incoming ACH and related reports Check Processing
- Incoming and outgoing wire processing
- New account, CIF and account maintenance review
- Image Processing and Balancing
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in deposit operations and customer support within a banking environment.
- New account experience
- Ability to identify gaps in procedures and processes and develop and plan to implement updates.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and implement operational improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and guide team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
