What does a Behavior Technician do?
Behavior Technicians provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) skills instruction and problem behavior reduction interventions to children and teens in home, community and school settings. Behavior Technicians are directed by an ABA Program Supervisor and are responsible to implement the ABA Treatment Plan. Behavior Technicians provide direct instruction, collect data on programs, participate in parent/caregiver training and assist the ABA Program Supervisor with clinical assessment and other duties as assigned.

Our programs are individualized and focus on addressing skills and behaviors that are important to areas of everyday life. Our services can help people with language, social interaction, wellness habits, self care, toileting, eating, sleeping, education, employment, self-regulations, intimate relationships, independent living, to name just a few.

Work Schedule:
We offer ABA therapy sessions Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
- Full-Time: Staff with open availability who work 30 or more hours a week
Qualifications:
- Complete the training to receive your RBT certification upon hiring (we provide this training and offer a training wage)
- A device regularly available to you that will allow video supervision (laptop, iPad, smartphone, etc.)
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
