Job Description
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Full-time position in the Boston area. The ideal candidate will be certified by and in good standing with the BACB, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be compassionate and caring.
Responsibilities :
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols under the supervision of the Clinical Director.
- Assist in client intake and assessments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans / behavior protocols directly.
- Provide direct supervision and training to staff in the principles of ABA and Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior.
