Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Business Intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- Create data collection forms for Investment Office operational expense analysis
- Develop data visualization for business metrics, patterns, and trends
- Design specialized software for BI solutions and data integration (ETL)
- Support data warehouse operations and integration with reporting services
- Troubleshoot issues and fulfill software change requests
- Provide knowledge transfer to state personnel
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in electronic data processing systems, design, and programming
- 5 years of experience developing reports and resolving issues using BI tools (Microsoft Power BI)
- 5 years of experience with interpreting requirements and developing complex SQL
- 3 years of experience in report meta-modeling, including conformed dimensions and hierarchies
- 3 years of experience with ETL processes using Oracle Database 11g and Oracle Data Integrator
- Participation in at least 2 successful BI/Analytics projects (one with $1M budget)
- 5 years of experience in Pension, Investments/Investment Management, or Financial Services
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Power BI/Power Apps

- Oracle Database and Oracle Data Integrator (or similar ETL tools)
