Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This entrylevel role is ideal for a junior or senior business student eager to gain handson experience in investment management investor relations and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Followup & Nurture Investor Pipeline : Engage with potential investors track communications and provide timely followups to maintain relationships and build trust.
- Conduct Initial Investor Consultations : Set up and conduct introductory meetings with investors clearly articulating our investment strategies and opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Outreach : Attend networking events industry conferences and companysponsored functions to represent APEX CAPITAL GROUP and generate investor leads.
- Investor Communication : Assist in drafting emails newsletters and reports to keep investors informed about ongoing projects and opportunities.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and update CRM tools to track engagement and followups.
- Market Research & Industry Insights : Stay updated on market trends competitor analysis and industry developments to enhance investor conversations.
- Workload is 1020 hours per week
