Your Responsibilities as a Financial Reporting Analyst :

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&Ls, BS, CF).
Assist in the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities.
Prepare a comprehensive monthly report package for the board and financial stakeholders.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by management.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify financial data.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

What we're looking for :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3 years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone - Preferred.

85,000-$95,000 USD
