Your Responsibilities as a Principal Engineer:- Serve as senior technical lead on projects.
- Contribute to successful business development.
- Write and review technical reports and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
- Assist with project management activities.
- Mentor and train engineering staff and ensure quality work product.
- Actively develop your own career growth.

- 1,500 employee national firm with 50 locations across the US.
- BA/BS in Civil Engineering or a related field, Master's degree preferred. -14 to 16 years of related experience.
- Professional Engineer license.
- Ability to mentor and train staff.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
- Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.
