Position : Utility Construction Technician 2
Industry : Operational Services, Stormwater
Location : Athens, PA
Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
Travel is required for this position. We provide lodging expenses, $59 per diem, and the use of a company vehicle. 85% travel per month is typical.
We're hiring immediately for a Utility Construction Technician in Athens, PA . Are you passionate about stormwater utilities and water / wastewater management? If you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in these areas, especially within industrial or commercial sites, we want to hear from you. We're seeking a candidate who excels at interpreting plan sets, is proficient in operating heavy equipment, and has a solid understanding of OSHA safety regulations. What you'll do :
- Repair and construct vital stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, concrete structures and stormwater basins across the central states.
- Operate hand-held tools, power tools and heavy construction equipment, including skid loaders, excavators, and dozers.
- Embrace the opportunity to travel during the week as needed, exploring different locations while making a significant impact.
