**Job Summary:** The Home and Community Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain in their own homes.
**Responsibilities:
- Reports client observations to the Agency Director or Account Manager
- Notifies the Agency Director immediately in case of incidents or accidents
- Drives safely and complies with traffic regulations
- Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, nail care, skin care, and transfer of patients
**Requirements:** Six months of experience in home care is preferred, along with successful completion of a competency evaluation. Current CPR certification and a reliable vehicle or access to public transportation are also required.
