JOB DESCRIPTION
In the role of office Administrative Assistant, you will demonstrate your abilities in a variety of general tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and have a positive, professional, and courteous attitude as you will be representing Apex Construction when communicating with subs, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Email correspondence.
- Social media accounts management.
- Order clothing and process orders for screen printing.
- Assist office manager with filing needs.
- Maintain constant communication with the Team and their administrative needs.
- Project data input.
- Track subcontractor Insurance – W9’s – pre liens – and Lien releases.
- Interact with clients- subcontractors- and vendors on the phone and through email.
