At Apex Dental Group, the number one responsibility of all employees is patient care and meeting patient needs. We believe the best smile is designed with our patients, by our patients, for our patients. The Dental Assistant is the critical right-hand of the doctor in building strong, trusting relationships with patients. Assistants set the tone for the appointment by engaging in purposeful conversations that identify patients’ motivations, concerns, and captures all pertinent information through effective charting skills. Assistants support patients’ clinical and emotional needs by ensuring that patients understand their condition and receive the treatment that they want and need.

Work with an exceptional front office team to coordinate seamless delivery and accountability for scheduling and follow-through on financial arrangements. Seize the opportunity to learn from Dr. Kitzmiller and the team about advanced dental technology techniques as well as the inner workings of dental office operations.
