Marketing Assistant

This is a REMOTE position with Apex Dental Laboratory Group.

Pay is commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities:

The basic function of this position is to aid in marketing & growth, by providing social media and all assistive back-end Marketing needs to acquire, develop, and retain client relationships between dentists, surgeons, and other dental professionals for all Apex Dental Laboratory Group, Inc territories. You will be responsible to manage and meet the expectations and directives set forth by your Direct Supervisor as well as the Apex Board of Directors & Officers.

Social Media & Marketing Support (65%):

• Maintain and execute e-blast emails and social media for optimum performance, via Workflow with Marketing Assistant.
• Assist with the newly- enhanced digital marketing strategy, including but not limited to:executing a long-term strategy to create multi-faceted touchpoints within the digital marketing space.
• Assist with proofing Versions of all Graphic Designs, with keen attention to detail, by deadlines provided; place any urgent orders if needed based on time.
• Assist Marketing Director with building and maintaining the HubSpot Marketing- & Sales-Hubs for most efficient and effective execution. Maintain graphic elements of emails and social media for optimum performance. Assist with launching an enhanced digital marketing strategy, including but not limited to: assistance with executing a strategy to create multi-faceted touchpoints within the digital marketing space and enhancing the user experience for all prospects and active customers, depending on the specific campaign strategy goal, to greater enhance sales team’s touch points and connectivity with the digital aspect of our marketing.
• Bring ideas and efficiency thoughts to collaborate with the Marketing Director as new workflows are developed in the growing company.
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
• Experience with Graphic Design software required, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and other software programs to supply vector files and provide final print-ready files, with and without trim & bleed.

Sales Support (25%):

Assist the Marketing Director & Sales Director with the execution of marketing strategies, print-wise and digitally via HubSpot avenues, to drive new customers within the given market area, and working with the Sales team members to present Apex lab group's expertise and benefits. Strategies & duties would include the support of the Sales team by ordering collateral. All sales activities must be done utilizing proper values & ethics.

• Work directly with Sales & Regional Managers to create Trade Show Marketing Collateral to meet their goals for their market. Provide print and digital files for Marketing Team’s use in ordering, using online, and other areas as needed.
• Assist Marketing Director in supporting outside sales representatives, by aiding in the logistics operations of marketing execution. For example, shipping out printed materials or ‘swag’ items from the central Eau Claire office as needed.
• Assist and Manage many aspects of the Annual Meeting planning, including but not limited to: graphic design of name tags and event signage; planning & packing; assembly of Welcome Bags, etc.
• Uploading to the proper DropBox Marketing folder: each lab’s final print-ready PDFs without crop & bleed
• Bring ideas and efficiency thoughts to collaborate with the Marketing Director as new workflows are developed in the growing company.
• Assist in any Troubleshooting as needed with HubSpot, for sales, marketing or other team members as the HubSpot Batches go live and moving forward.
• Assist Marketing Director with building and maintaining the HubSpot Marketing- & Sales-Hubs for most efficient and effective execution.
• Explore & pull reporting out of HubSpot - in order to develop strategic Marketing print-wise and digitally via HubSpot avenues, to drive new customers within the given market area.
• Then follow file needs, best practices, protocols and Brand Guidelines for the Apex brands, including but not limited to:
  • Saving native (“working”) files to an Apex hard drive for Apex’s use.
  • Uploading files to the DropBox folder specific to the Sales team, for their access.
• Assist with redesigning Logos for labs that are added to the Apex network, and provide all logo options via protocols set forth, i.e. visually presenting on multiple solid-color backgrounds, providing final PNG files with transparent backgrounds, and JPGs.
• Collaborate with other graphic designers within Apex or with vendor/supplier marketing departments, to gain access to high-resolution logos or files as needed.

Graphic Design (15%):

Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, through collaboration with the Marketing Director, President, and Sales team, to increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchase, and help sales to achieve growth objectives. Communicate and promote the Apex brand and all affiliated Lab Brands, through compelling graphic design to drive interest and sales.

• Create graphic elements for an engaging and improved social media presence.
• Enhance sales team’s touch points and connectivity with the digital aspect of our marketing.
