Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of dental terminology, and experience in dental administrative data base Dentrix.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments /reschedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and dental insurance information.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans, follow-up care, and any necessary paperwork.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Collaborate with dental clinicians staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care coordination.
- Assist with insurance verification processes.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dental office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Dentrix or other dental office management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
Schedule:
