Dental Regional Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff members to ensure high performance and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide guidance and support
- Manage profit loss statements and budgets effectively
