Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aesthetics Sales and Service Coordinator with strong sales experience to lead and oversee the daily operations of our aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record in sales to ensure the clinic's growth, smooth operations, and outstanding client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established protocols.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinicians, aestheticians, and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, updates, and best practices.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, promotions, and community engagement.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Gather client feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services, products, and special offers.
- Leverage social media and other platforms to enhance clinic visibility and attract new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Track and report on financial performance, including sales, expenses, and growth metrics.
- Handle pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing an aesthetics clinic, spa, or similar environment.
- Strong background in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

- Certification or training in aesthetic treatments or related fields.
