We are seeking an office assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Hours will be between 6:30AM and 2:30PM. Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Personal time management and accountability skills are a must.
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Respond to email & voicemails in a timely fashion
- Scan in daily paperwork
- Request Electrical permits
- Proactively pursue learning additional processes.
- Eventually play a bigger role in the company.
Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
