Role : Regional Sales Manager

The role is open due to a promotion, step into an already-flourishing sales territory with room for expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Formulate and refresh sales strategies and targets.
  • Engage both new and existing clients through compelling sales presentations.
  • Understand and cater to customer needs, and offer tailored product recommendations.
  • Quote, negotiate, and finalize deals.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Advocate for customer satisfaction, forwarding any concerns to management.
  • Guide clients on product installation, utilization, and upkeep.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on market movements and suggest potential new products.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, ensuring a unified approach.
  • Leverage modern tools and technology for effective operations.

    • About You :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field is a plus. Technical studies are a must.
  • Experience : 2-3 years in Outside Sales or 3-5 years in Inside Sales.
  • Skills :
  • Stellar communication abilities.
  • Aptitude for mathematics and spatial reasoning.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or Automation Controls is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in the gearing and reducer industry? Big plus!

    • Compensation - base $100K & Bonus.

    Salary : $100,000
