Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including HR sourcing techniques and platforms like iCIMS and Salesforce, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings through interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
- Develop training programs for new hires to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture.
- Stay informed about employment labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
Skills
- Proficient in HR sourcing techniques and tools such as iCIMS and Salesforce.
- Strong relationship management skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employee relations principles and practices within a corporate environment.
