- Line Check and Sanitation : Oversee the completion of line checks at the start of each shift, enforcing sanitary practices for food handling and kitchen cleanliness.
- Staff Performance : Manage employee performance, providing constructive feedback and necessary discipline, while fostering continuous improvement.
- Event Coordination : Assist in organizing private events, acting as a liaison between Events and Operations for seamless execution.
