Responsibilities :
- Corrective and Preventative Maintenance :
- Perform corrective maintenance to minimize operational equipment and facility downtime, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
- Follow scheduled preventative maintenance programs to preserve the like-new appearance of our facilities and environment.
- Team Management and Training :
- Provide guidance, training, and scheduling for maintenance personnel and technicians, ensuring a skilled and efficient workforce.
- Foster a culture of accountability and discipline while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management and Budget Control :
- Oversee the purchase, maintenance, and condition of parts inventory and maintenance equipment, optimizing resource utilization.

- Compliance and Safety :
