Full Job Description
Apex Executive Suites is a shared office space in Katy and coming to Sugar Land & Conroe, our goal is to create a community of entrepreneurs that share the same vision and goals.
The Community Manager is responsible for the success of their respective location—this includes sales forecasting, hospitality initiatives, occupancy levels, member satisfaction, and the look and feel of the space. They report to and engage with their designated Property Manager regularly, identifying room for growth and goal setting to ensure they meet quarterly occupancy objectives. The candidate must have the ability to multitask, yet still perform every assignment with precision, making sure things are completed right and on time. The ability to handle difficult situations in a tactful, but firm manner, using sound judgement in decision making is key.
From conducting tours and crafting proposals for prospective tenants to handling budgets and the like, the Community Manager is a self-disciplined problem-solver who is eager to go the extra mile for the entrepreneurs, business owners, and freelancers investing in the space.

- Give tours of office spaces to prospective tenants
- Maintain location monthly expense reports
- Schedule appointments for APEX reservations
- Billing tenants for monthly rent, execute new and lease renewals
- Maintain lead page accounts
- Manage over all office supplies, community kitchen supplies and inventory
- Manage and oversee the co-working/private office spaces
- Office furniture inventory
- Office suite staging and decorating
- Maintain professional office environment and services
Hostess: You wear a lot of hats. You make sure every member feels cared for and connected to you and the other members of the space. This includes making sure they have clean/organized work space to hosting member events to knowing what each member does for work and for fun and making connections among the members.
Business Development: You give tours and follow our sales process to get the right people into the space and keep it at capacity. You get members signed up in our system, on all the right email lists and connected to the Internet and printer. Provide follow up potential clients, assist marketing department with audience reach, lead pages and online resources.
Connector: You connect members to each other and you connect members to resources that they need to be successful in their business.
The Concierge: You tell people where to go for lunch, for the best afternoon walk and the best car wash, local businesses of interest.
Brand Ambassador: You believe in our mission at Apex and enthusiastically help us to roll out related partnerships and opportunities for our members to work healthier and happier.
Qualifications:
- You love people -- talking with them, listening, connecting them.
- Technology savvy -- knowing how to operate all equipment, devices, & social media.
- Answer phones, sort mail, send in service requests to main office.
- Quick on your feet, ready to assist tenants
- Have an interest in hosting events with our team -- planning and executing them.
- Great communicator -- members not only feel comfortable talking to you but want to chat with you each day
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Plugged into the local area, going to business related events
