As a Commercial Project Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting thorough site assessments, and collaborating with our installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs of each commercial client and recommend appropriate fencing solutions. Provide expert guidance on materials, design, and installation options.
- Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements. Relationship Building: Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions. Share insights with the team to help refine our product and service offerings.
- Project Coordination: Liaise between clients and our installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate site visits and inspections as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of commercial construction estimating or project management experience.
- Must have experience in material takeoffs.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with account management practices and strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
