We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Fence Crew Leader to manage a team of installers for one of Oklahoma City’s most rapidly growing and respected fence companies. ??? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in the installation of fences, gates, and related structures

• Delegate tasks and ensure efficient workflow and time management

• Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards

• Pull and maneuver trailers with tools, equipment, and materials

• Maintain accurate measurements and layout for fence lines

• Operate hand and power tools confidently and safely

• Communicate effectively with customers and project managers

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and maintain a clean, professional job site

? Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of fence installation experience (REQUIRED)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving/background record

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pull and back trailers safely and confidently

• Able to lift 80 lbs and work 10–12 hour shifts in all weather

• Must have proper work boots/clothing for outdoor labor

• Strong work ethic, leadership, and punctuality

• Team-first mindset with attention to detail

?? Compensation:

• Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience & qualifications)

• Expected Hours: 40–55 per week

• Pay Frequency: Weekly
