Assistant Vice President - Real Assets Property Accounting
The Role & Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent client service
- Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies
- Prepare and review entity-level accounting including journal entry preparation and input, data uploads, monthly close procedures, and financial statement preparation
- Prepare and review cash support packages, vendor setups, and invoice vouchering for vendor invoice payments
- Prepare and review supporting schedules for various activities and transactions
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore accounting teams
- Independently manage calendar of assigned deliverables
- Assist with process improvements (centralization, standardization, and automation of recurring processes)
- Working on special projects (as required)
