Position Overview:
The Director of Operations oversees and directs the clinical activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of patient care, drive team success, and play a key role in the growth of our company. This is a full-time leadership position that demands both clinical expertise and management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Provide high-level direction and oversight of all medical activities to ensure quality care.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of medical professionals.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and maintain operational protocols, ensuring compliance and best practices in patient care.
- Program Development and Planning: Oversee the creation of new programs designed to improve patient outcomes and reduce rehospitalization.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with nursing homes, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously assess, improve, and innovate clinical programs to ensure the highest level of care.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD, DO, NP)
- Board Certification in relevant specialties
- Clinical Experience with a strong background in direct patient care
- Leadership Experience in managing and leading medical teams
- Excellent Communication Skills for internal and external collaboration
