Key Responsibilities :
- Budget Management : Oversee and manage the healthcare organizations budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Staff Training & Development : Assist in the training, promotion, and development of the medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Compliance Oversight : Ensure adherence to federal healthcare rules, regulations, and codes to maintain facility compliance.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration : Enhance cooperation between Nurses, Physicians, and other medical departments to foster effective communication and patient care.
- Supplier & Vendor Relations : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the facility is well-stocked with necessary medical equipment and supplies.
- Team Coordination & Evaluation : Oversee the coordination of medical teams to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Licensing & Accreditation : Ensure that all licenses and certifications are up to date to prevent legal or regulatory issues.
- Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve tensions or issues within medical units to maintain a harmonious work environment.
