Seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Field Clinical Supervisor / Field Nurse to join our Davie location.

RN Only

Responsibilities :

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan
  • Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and timely

Qualifications :

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health
  • Proficient in conducting Assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of acute pain management and pain assessment tools
  • Ability to perform venipuncture and administer medications intravenously if required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
