Seeking full-time, Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team.
Responsibilities of the RN/LPN:
- Supervise the 3-11 shift, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care.
- Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and administer medications while overseeing staff duties.
- Follow the instructions of Nurse Management and carry out responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver compassionate and kind care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Participate hands-on when necessary, assisting with ADLs to meet residents' safety and comfort needs.
Requirements of the RN/LPN:
- Long-term care experience is preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing or practical nursing program.
- A valid and current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Ability to move, lift, and position patients as needed.
