• Insert IVs and Infuse Fluids : Skillfully insert intravenous lines and administer infusions to keep patients stable.
• Manage Life-Saving Equipment : Operate ventilators and other specialized medical equipment to support patients' breathing and overall health.
• Create Personalized Care Plans : Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
