Director of Quality Improvement and Clinical Oversight

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of quality initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and clinical oversight, playing a pivotal part in enhancing operational efficiencies and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Quality & Compliance: Drive quality improvement initiatives by analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, and implementing evidence-based solutions to enhance patient care.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement policies that align with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize clinical data and performance metrics to inform decision-making, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and patient safety.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, nursing teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain and exceed industry standards.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in healthcare leadership with a focus on quality improvement and clinical oversight.
- A strong clinical background, preferably in nursing or healthcare administration.
- Experience in the nursing home/long-term care sector is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a large team.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive meaningful improvements.
