Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an LPN at our nursing home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities include:
Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess the health of patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.- Routine Checks: Perform routine checks on patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
- Medication Administration: Ensure that patients take their medications on time, and monitor them for any side effects.
- Team Support: Assist doctors and registered nurses with medical procedures and patient care.
- Family Communication: Liaise with patients' families to keep them informed of their loved one’s progress and well-being.
- Patient Advocacy: Provide empathetic care to patients while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, even during stressful situations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
