What You’ll Do:
- Manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
- Perform advanced assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and prescribe evidence-based treatments
- Collaborate with an expert team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate and empower SNF staff and families on pulmonary care best practices
- Engage in cutting-edge treatment strategies and contribute to reducing hospital readmissions
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced ARNPs (Tier 1):
- 2 years of experience in pulmonary care or related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting
- SNF/Rehab experience preferred
Entry-Level ARNPs (Tier 2):
- Active ARNP license with a passion for pulmonary medicine
- Willingness to learn through our structured training program
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
