Position Summary: The RN - Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Services department to ensure quality patient care in compliance with laws and standards.
Education & Experience: Requires ASN or BSN, active RN license, and preferably two years of geriatric nursing experience. CPR certification is mandatory.
Job Requirements: Maintain communication with patients and families, make independent decisions, implement departmental policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Essential Functions: Assist in planning and evaluating nursing services, supervise staff, provide direct care, and ensure excellent customer service.
