Job Title: Director of Clinical Services Assistant (DCSA)
Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Full-time) or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Part-time)

- Assist in supporting field clinicians and patients under the Director of Clinical Services.
- Evaluate patient charts and monitor care plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Schedule CNA visits and report changes in patient conditions.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and manage DME orders.
- Complete incident reports and supervise ancillary personnel as needed.
- Requires nursing degree, CPR certification, and relevant experience.
