Chief Nursing Officer

Position Summary: The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is responsible for developing departmental goals, standards, and policies to ensure compliance with nursing practices and patient care guidelines. The CNO collaborates with administration on procedural changes and oversees nursing services.

Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current unrestricted RN licensure
  • BLS certification from recognized organizations
  • Bachelors degree in nursing
  • Five years of inpatient hospital experience
  • Two years of recent nursing management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters degree in nursing or plan to obtain
  • CRRN certification
