- Ensure excellent patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Manage daily operations and staff, including scheduling and training.
- Collaborate to improve clinic processes and patient care quality.
- Mentor Physical Therapists and Aides.
- Assist in marketing and manage clinic costs and compliance.
- Consult with health professionals for treatment plans.
- 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Excellent manual therapy and communication skills.
- Management experience preferred; mentoring available.
- Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
