Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

Seeking a licensed professional (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, CADC, LCSW, LMFT, AADC, or ACADC) to supervise counseling staff and develop treatment programs. Responsibilities include:

• Direct supervision and clinical duties (individual, group, family counseling).
• Case management and participation in outreach activities.
• Quality assurance and clinical program development.
• Developing learning plans and reviewing client admissions.
  
  

Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, a Masters Degree with 5 years of experience (2 in direct treatment), or CADC with similar experience. Must pass pre-hire checks and be CPR certified within 90 days. Full-time position with benefits.
