We are seeking a skilled and caring CNA Home Health Aide as an Independent Contractor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for following care plans, assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, mobility support, and routine housekeeping. Key Responsibilities:
- FOLLOW CARE PLANS: Implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- PERSONAL HYGIENE ASSISTANCE: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- MEAL PREPARATION: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual client needs.
- Mobility Support: Assist clients with walking, transferring, and other mobility-related tasks.
- Routine Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- State-mandated training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
